02 - 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (240 g)

05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts)
06 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
07 - 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Wash and pat dry strawberries. Slice each strawberry lengthwise into halves to form half-circles.
03 - In a small bowl, stir Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Hold each strawberry half by the cut side and dip the rounded side halfway into the yogurt, allowing excess coating to drip off.

06 - Freeze the tray for 1 hour until yogurt coating is firm.
