01 - 2 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

05 - 2 tbsp honey

# Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange sweet potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush each side with olive oil, then season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
03 - Roast the sweet potato rounds in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and lightly golden.
