# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange sweet potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush each side with olive oil, then season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
03 - Roast the sweet potato rounds in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and lightly golden.
04 - Place the roasted sweet potato rounds onto a serving platter. Spread a small dollop of softened goat cheese on each round.
05 - Sprinkle chopped cranberries, toasted pecans, and chopped rosemary over the goat cheese-topped rounds.
