01 - 2.1 oz raw almonds
02 - 2.1 oz raw walnuts
03 - 2.1 oz raw hazelnuts

04 - 1.1 oz pumpkin seeds
05 - 1.1 oz sunflower seeds
→ Dried Fruit
06 - 1.4 oz dried cranberries
→ Flavorings
07 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
08 - 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
09 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
10 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, optional
# Steps:
01 - Heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds into a large mixing bowl.
03 - Whisk melted coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using) in a small bowl; pour over nuts and seeds and toss thoroughly to coat.
04 - Evenly spread the nut and seed mixture on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once at the halfway point, until golden and fragrant; monitor closely to prevent burning.
06 - Remove from oven, allow to cool completely, then fold in dried cranberries before serving or storing.
