# What You Need:

01 - 1 small pomegranate
02 - 1 orange
03 - 1 lemon
04 - 1 small bunch fresh raspberries
05 - 1 small bunch red currants (optional)

06 - 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves
07 - 8–10 edible rose petals (unsprayed)

→ Sweets & Decorative

08 - 1.76 oz dark chocolate (70%), for shavings
09 - 2 tbsp granulated sugar
10 - 1 tbsp edible gold or silver glitter (optional)
11 - 8–10 cocktail picks or skewers

# Steps:

01 - Slice the orange and lemon thinly into rounds or half-moons. Remove pomegranate seeds and set aside.
02 - Thread a raspberry, a pomegranate seed, and a mint leaf onto each cocktail pick. Dip the rim of each glass in water or citrus juice, then coat with granulated sugar. Place an edible rose petal or a few red currants on each skewer or on the surface of the drinks.
03 - Use a microplane or vegetable peeler to create dark chocolate shavings; sprinkle lightly over the drinks. Dust with edible glitter for extra sparkle.
04 - Present garnishes immediately alongside cocktails.
