# Steps:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the mixture to a large serving platter and sculpt into an uneven circle with a smaller mound on top to resemble a melted snowman.
03 - Place two olive slices on the smaller mound for eyes and several small olive pieces for a smiling mouth. Insert the carrot nose in the center of the face. Arrange additional olive slices or peppercorns down the body for buttons.
04 - Drape red bell pepper strips around the neck area to resemble a scarf. Insert pretzel sticks on each side as arms. Optionally, sprinkle chopped parsley or chives to add color and freshness.
