# Steps:
01 - Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese evenly over each flour tortilla. Layer each with a slice of deli meat or cheese and a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese. Roll tortillas tightly into logs and cut each in half, creating two diploma wraps per tortilla. Secure each wrap with a chive stem or green onion top to mimic a diploma scroll.
