# Steps:

01 - Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a stand mixer bowl or large mixing bowl until evenly distributed.
02 - Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs; blend until a soft dough forms.
03 - Knead by hand or with a dough hook for 6 to 8 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, approximately 1 hour.
05 - Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
06 - Punch down the dough, roll it on a lightly floured surface into a 16 by 12 inch rectangle.
07 - Spread softened butter evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
08 - Roll dough tightly from a long side into a log; slice log lengthwise into two halves and twist them together to expose the cinnamon swirl.
09 - Arrange twisted dough on parchment-lined baking sheet, starting wide at the bottom and tapering to the top; tuck ends underneath.
10 - Cover loosely and allow to rise for 30 minutes; preheat oven to 350°F.
11 - Whisk egg and milk, then brush evenly over the dough surface.
12 - Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
13 - Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth; drizzle over warm bread before serving.
