# Expert Pointers:

01 -
  • You genuinely make it the night before and wake up to breakfast ready to go, no excuses about being too tired to eat well.
  • The almond butter swirl turns something wholesome into something that feels indulgent, like you're treating yourself first thing in the morning.
  • It tastes even better the next day as everything melds together, so meal prep actually works in your favor here.
02 -
  • The chia seeds are actually doing invisible work to create creaminess, so don't skip them thinking they're just fancy extras or your breakfast will end up grainy and disappointing.
  • Fresh berries make an enormous difference in taste and texture compared to frozen ones, so if you're going to splurge on anything here, make it the berries.
03 -
  • Make three or four jars at once on Sunday and you'll have breakfast sorted for most of the week without it feeling like meal prep.
  • If your overnight oats seem too thick in the morning, add a splash of extra almond milk and stir until it reaches the consistency you want.
