# Steps:
01 - Combine powdered sugar with milk or water and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth. Add pastel food coloring if desired. Set aside.
02 - Dip mini donuts into prepared glaze and top with sprinkles. Allow 15 minutes for coating to set completely.
03 - Position foam cone on a serving platter or assemble tiered cake stand according to manufacturer instructions.
